If you haven't done it yet, there can only be a few reasons:
- It’s not what you really want at this time
- You don't think it's possible for you
- You don't know how
- You don't have the resources
- It's something someone else wants for you
If you identify with (2), (3), or (4), then you have a starting point instead of a moving on point. Sometimes initiating change or planning a goal can be overwhelming. Take the reason that you most identify with and drill down….break it down…make it do-able in the right sequence and in small steps and you’ll be on your way.
